Reservation/cancelation terms and conditions:
30% of the total amount will be charged as reservation payment. This 30% will never be refundable when cancelling an apartment reservation, this money will be taken as reservation cost.
If cancelation is done at least 30 days before the day of arriving, 70% of reservation will be refund. 60% if 20-30 days before and 50% if 20-10 days before. If cancelation is done in less than 10 days to the day of arrival, no money will be refund.
In the unlikely event that RINCON DE AIARA does not, for any reason, have the required number or type of apartment available as per the booking, RINCON DE AIARA reserves the right to relocate the client to an alternative apartment of similar standard.
The acceptance of this obligation (which does not release the Client from the obligation to pay RINCON DE AIARA the relevant charges) shall be in lieu of all other liabilities and obligations, which are hereby excluded.
